What is West 35 all about?

The name West 35 is taken from the kilometer post KM 35 just before you enter the main entrance of the Park. West 35 Eco Mountain Resort is an Eco Tourism destination here in Cebu. The Park is consecrated for preserving and sustaining the diversity of the world’s natural and cultural environments. West 35 accommodates and entertains visitors in a way that is minimally intrusive or destructive to the environment and sustains and supports the native cultures in the locations it is operating in. The responsibility of both visitors and the park operator is the genuine meaning of Eco Adventure Park. What West 35 Eco Mountain Resort is all about is saving the environment and preserving the natural luxuries and forest life.

West35 Eco Mountain resort occupies 17.3390 hectares of land of which only 7% is used for structures, 4% for garden and 89% is for forest and brush area.
It is 920 meters above sea level. At this elevation, we enjoy cooler weather and occasional fog and is called he land of rainbows. Expect one or more after a rain or shower.
If one wants to see both ends of the rainbow then this is the place to be. It is also considered as a haven for stressed out and mentally battered individuals. Tranquility is what WEST 35’s offering.
This is the place where plants are striving happily along with the birds and insects. It encourages swapping stories around a campfire/bonfire at night. and offers an experience in dramatic changes of climate.

It has its own weather system. Unpredictable ones! where rain/shower is running horizontally! where rainbows are seen after the rain! where the wind can whisper, whistle, sing and groan in a day! where the chorus of lovesick Cicadas reverberate in summer, a precursor to a warm day ahead!

Where the fog outlines the mountains and envelopes the entire resort, giving the illusion of WEST 35 floating above the clouds! It is the place where plants are striving happily along with the birds and insects.
